Chesapeake Brie
Garlic and Chive Cheddar
Camembert-style cheese, with a velvety white rind, hints of mushroom, and a smooth, buttery finish. Made from our cow's pasteurized milk.
Semi-soft washed rind. Washed in Heavy Seas Cutlass Lager for at least 30 days. Smooth and buttery with just the right amount of tang.
Hard Alpine style cheese, aged for at least 6 months. Unique, nutty, subtly sweet.
